An FDA-cleared, single-use endometrial sampler that collects cytological and histological samples by suction, brushing and absorption in one device.

Utepreva collects three ways, by suction, brushing and absorption, in a single device.
Ways to collect
Suction, brushing and absorption. One device.
Sample types
Cytological and histological, the two named in its cleared indication.
Single use
Sterile, in its own Tyvek pouch.

Utepreva’s design combines three mechanisms of action: suction, brushing and absorption, in a single device.
Brush, sponge and any aspirated fluid go into preservative solution for the pathology lab.
Suction
When the handle is pulled back, the brush and tip withdraw into the outer sheath, and a plunger inside it creates suction that aspirates the cells.
Absorption
A sponge at the tip absorbs fluid and cells from the uterus for additional sampling.
Brushing
The device is rotated four or five full turns, collecting cells on the brush.

Uterine cancer is one of the only cancers in America where mortality is still climbing. We believe that's not acceptable. Utepreva is built with clinical precision — and a fierce commitment to the women it serves.
